We are also working hard in reaching out to new creative talent from our area, east of England. Some are struggling to keep up their practice under the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions but many are working on creative expressions of hope.

All smoke, no mirrors
We are delighted to be able to offer a small number of Maria Pavledis' "Owl Sanctuary" prints this year - from a limited edition of 100, all signed by the artist. The print is taken from one of her smoke drawings created by the transfer of carbon from the burning flame of a candle held close to the surface of the paper.

GUY ALLEN'S INSPIRATION FROM NORFOLK
Born in Norfolk, 1987, Guy Allen discovered his passion for print making during his time in Paris studying at the École Nationale Supérieure Des Beaux-Arts in 2010, when he became particularly fascinated with the traditional etching process. Following his graduation from Central Saint Martins School of Art in 2011, Guy moved back to Norfolk from where he still finds his inspiration while now living and working in London. Continue reading
